Quality Plugs
When one of our bands leads goes wrong, I typically find that the problem is with the plug: either zero or poor quality strain relief for the cable, which permits constant flexing of the wires, so that in the end the wires break through fatigue. Often strain relief consists soley of relatively soft metal 'jaws' being crimped onto the cable. The soldering itself very rarely fails (though it will in the long run if the cable is repeatedly exposed to big temperature changes). I repair all cables these days using Neutrik plugs. Each plug comes with plastic inserts which effectively 'lock' the cable into the plug, and to which the outer shell casing screws. I don't even need to file the metal of the plug contacts to get a good solder joint anymore! Get some of these and look forward to not touching that lead again ...

High-quality construction
As a musician who is constantly on the go, I am always in need of reliable and easy-to-use audio connectors. The Neutrik NP2 RX-B has quickly become my go-to choice for connecting my instruments and audio equipment. Here is my detailed review of the Neutrik, including the pros and cons and my experience with the assembly and disassembly process.
High-quality construction is built to last, with a robust and durable metal construction that can withstand the wear and tear of frequent use. The connector feels solid and reliable, and the contacts are gold-plated for maximum signal transfer and corrosion resistance.
Easy assembly and disassembly is very easy to assemble and disassemble, thanks to the simple and intuitive design. The connector can be quickly and easily opened up, allowing for easy access to the contacts and easy cleaning or maintenance if needed.
Versatile compatibility: The NP2 RX-B is compatible with a wide range of audio equipment and devices, making it a very versatile connector for musicians and audio professionals.
Slightly more expensive than some other connectors on the market: RX-B is a bit more expensive than some other audio connectors on the market, which may not be feasible for some budget-conscious users.
Overall, I have been extremely impressed with the Neutrik NP2 RX-B connector. It is a high-quality and reliable audio connector that offers excellent sound quality and ease of use.
The assembly and disassembly process is also very simple and easy to perform, making it a great choice for musicians who need to quickly set up and take down their equipment. While it may be a bit pricier than some other options on the market, the superior build quality and reliability make it well worth the investment.

Solid as a rock
Neutrik has always been the standard in the world of jack plugs and this model is nothing other that my main guitar cable jack. I have a straight version going in the amp and this, right-angled version going in my guitar. It is well built, soldering can be a bit tricky if you are a beginner (as was I) but with a little patience it can be done easily - I used Cordial cables and what can I say, it plays like a charm.
One thing to be aware of is the rubber cap on the cable end has a limit to what size cables it can take, so no fat cables here (max approx. 7,5mm) and also because you would have issues closing the housing (it has an inner sleeve which surrounds the cable and fixes it in place and it could get tight).
- pros: well built, simple to use, sturdy
- cons: if you are not used to soldering it could take some time before you get it right (15-20 min for a beginner)

Excellent for repairing cable
Used this to replace a cable that got damaged while playing live. Top notch build quality and you would expect from Neutrik. Extremely sturdy and wont break unless it is mistreated. There are no cons with these connectors, highly recommended and well worth the extra money compared to the cheaper alternatives.

Good for the price
Very good, tested in different jacks and fits ok and doesn't move by itself in circles.
The back piece is for slide assembly

Super quality jacks
I've used these on several cables and they are the solid choice. I don't really know what to say; they are easy to solder for beginners and I have years-old cables which still feel as good as day one.
They cost more than other options, but if you don't need something more compact then I think these should be first choice!

Does what its supposed to!
I bought this item to replace the straight plug on my guitar cable because i didn't like the look and feel of it whet it's connected to my fender jazz bass. An angled plug looks way nicer and is much more comfortable to me. I've used it for about a year now and it has seen some extensive gigging and suffered a lot of beating. Hasn't broken yet or shown any signs of falling apart!
Great buy!

Very good
Very good to use, cheap, used to buy a short line, not only the price is expensive, but also the size is not free. Now buy their own wire base to do, very convenient, free control length, this thread quality is good, and cheap, more recommended。

Top qualituy
Neutrik make the best contacts. These are very high quality with good strain relief. I bought a few to replace Rean contacts (a Neutrik brand but made in China I think). The Rean angled-contacts were frankly garbage; these are professional top-end pieces. Nuff said!
