inexpensive tremolo with hidden value
It is wel build.
Has good working sound controls . Switch and inputs are good, i don't wear army boots though.
There are a few tremolo sounds we are familiar with. Cheap pedals can't get all those sounds.
This one doesn't have a warm sound but more hard or square sounding. Very useful though in its own way. My settings are 12 o clock on the first knob and 3 o clock on the rate knob. Good for slow Portishead sounds. Specially with delay added.
The Harley Benton from this serie that i have are all wel made, not expensive and functional. So we can buy more pedals ;)
Edit:
I found out that inside there are two micro pots. volume and the effect. By ear you can change the effect from square to yes: warm rounded. Be careful, but it makes a big and great difference! great sound! Check youtube for demo's.

Great value for money tremolo pedal
For little over £20, there is not much to complain about with this Vintage Tremelo pedal from Harley Benton.
Firstly it is built well. Like most of their pedals it is housed in a strong metal casing, with tough plastic knobs. This one looks cool with a bright yellow appearance and a meaty dog on the front. My only problem with the build of the product is the power connector - sometimes power will cut out and I will have to rejiggle the connection - it feels loose inside the unit and is the same on my Vintage Phaser pedal.
It sounds pretty good. No complaints from me for the price, but I have heard better tremolos, and I have also heard worse.
The features the pedal offers are a bit minimal however. You can only alter the intensity of the effect, and the rate of the effect. There is no option to alter the waveform or style of the tremolo effect - however this may or may not be because the unit is based on a particular classic tremolo pedal which did not have these features.
All in all, for the price you pay, it's a good pedal to add to your collection!

good starter pedal
Got to have tremelo in your setup? even if you're not a fan of the classic 50's 60's sounds this pedal can be used as a subtle undertone adding secret weapon.
very basic pedal but great starter trem. can be tricky to place in a big line up had some issues with how prominent it sounds depending on where it is in the signal path. overall perfect for home and small gig use.

Cheap but ok.
Run off the mill tremolo, not bad at all. Will never be my go to , but has its place in the studio.

good for the price
The only issue I have with this pedal is that it adds a few db to your signal when you click it on, everything else is what you what from a standard tremolo pedal

Not bad
Neither the best nor the worst tremolo ever made. Might be worth a shot if you're short of cash.
