Great for micing guitar cabs easily
Simple to use, plenty of positions to put a mic, very adjustable
Only thing I would say is that like all gravity products I've tried, they're good quality but they just don't want to tighten as much as they should.
This is for larger cabs also and it is just half a cm away from fitting nicely on a Marshall 1960A cab. It fits, but not as comfortably as it should, the rubber bit that grips the cab is just barely on. My cab might just be too large though. Any other cab this probably fits perfectly on.
Would definitely recommend this though, keeps the cab miced nicely, and the stand isn't in the way and it just keeps the whole thing presentable.

Good mic holder with adjustable arm and mic clip
I have been using Audix Cab Grabber for years which was great keeping the stage tidy until I found this. This Gravity MS CAB does all that but a little bit better with the adjustable arm and mic holder which I can bring the mic up close to the cab. Highly recommended.

Good idea, hope for improvements in the future.
So I am mounting this into 4x12 ENGL Cab and the idea of the product is great. I had no problems with Shure SM-57 but I had to try many positions with my e906 microphone. If it was stolen I'd probably buy second one, unless new improved version would be out.

measure your amp/cab
This was too large for my combo, but I just placed a chunk of wood behind the amp so that it stays in place. Otherwise a great piece of kit.

It would be probably best cab grabber on the market if it wouldn't have such a huge drawback as you can't attach it to a cabinet/combo amp with depth less than 25cm. Bought it for Fender Frontman and I can't use it without some workaround.
For larger cabinets and deeper combo amps I would reccomend it any time.

Not really useful
Doesn’t fit on most smaller amps and hasn’t got a very strong tension.
Also, a huge negative in my opinion - the screw which holds mic holder can very easily fall out if left without a holder.
For stationary studio purposes - great. But for live scenarios - not so great.

Awesome product
It's easy to mount and secure in place. It doesn't dip, fall or move anywhere when tightened properly. I had to cut a part of the little rubber foot to fit around the edge of my cabinet perfectly, but other than that, a fantastic tool to have.

Not on a(n Engl) 212 cab.
Quality of product is very good, sturdy materials. Sadly, on an Engl 212 cab which meets all the requirements for the use of the Gravity CL01, it doesn't stand out where it should: stability.
The rubber foot on the holder is, after installation, located exactly where the cavity of the cab handle is. Because of that even a single sm57 mic is too heavy and the clamp shifts down.
I'd imagine more 2x12 cabs have handles on the side? So, unless you have no side handles, this is prolly more for 4x12 cabs I'd say.

Great space saving mic holder
Wish I bought this years ago so much better than book stands infront of amp and just leave it attachedall the time unless transporting. Easy to make minor adjustments. Fit my mini modern zilla cab. Check the min depth for cab as it is too big for my Marshall tsl combo however you could wedge a piece of wood or something to make it fit if needed.

Great cab stand to leave on your cab permanently
Claps super well to my Marshall cab, mega useful, just check the measurements well.
The only reason I gave it a four star in handling is that it can leave a mark on your cab tolex as it is clamped with pressure, so I suggest putting or some paper towel beneath the clamping spots.
Other than that, spot on, does the job much better than any stand I've seen!
