The interior contains a padded and velvety-soft internal lining, providing both a perfect fit and optimum protection from scratches thanks to its soft surface. Gator, or Gator Cases, is an American firm founded in 2000 by father-daughter team Jerry Freed and Crystal Morris in Tampa, Florida. Best case for a 3/4 acoustic guitar

Bought this case so I could take the 3/4 guitar on tour and I can only say that it's the best case I've owned for my little 3/4.

Before I decided to buy this case my guitar unfortunately suffered from 2 accidents while touring that led to two expensive repairs. Since I purchased this case (3 years ago) the guitar has never had any in transit accidents. I've toured intensively around Europe and USA. It's been in vans, trains, planes, very loaded cars and guess what?! Guitar is still going strong! The Gator case has been a very good friend to my 3/4 guitar.

Perfect for my little Gretsch Jim Dandy

I bought a parlor guitar just to have some fun, it wasn't any fancy parlor guitar because I was just fooling around , the thing is that I really liked the guitar and decided to keep it , so the proper thing was to have a case for this little thing and that was it, I never had a parlor guitar so I had to look carefully and the better place to do it at least for me is Thomman, the case came as everything always does, superwell packed and safe I live in UK and Thomman is in Germany and I always wait around 5 days when I order a guitar, an amp or something bulky like a case, but the most important is that my little Gretsch Jim Dandy fits perfectly in its case, If you are looking for a hard case for your parlor guitar this is perfect, superb, I highly recommend it and this review is for the case and for Thomman, this place deserves 5 stars too , when I come here to buy something I will always find it and I know the price is good and the professionalism of the people at Thomman it's fantastic.

Good quality, lighter than expected.

I got this case for an old parlour guitar. I had checked the measurements before ordering to make sure the case was a perfect fit for my guitar.

Guitar cases in this price range are often quite heavy but this one was actually a lot lighter than I had expected. The handle feels nice and it's easy to carry around. Nice!

The build quality is also quite decent. Better than most cases in this price range.

I wouldn't trust it for air travel as there is no shock absorption or insulation against changes in temperature. Just the typical thin padding and fake velvet that you will find on pretty much all cheap guitar cases.

For most other situations this is a good quality case and decent value.

This Gator GWE-Acou-3/4 Case is a great guitar hard case that offers the best in protection for you Guitar that would put your mind at ease. its kept my guitar safely protected and prevented it from getting any bumps or knocks when I'm transporting my guitar around. its worth spending the money on a good hard case and you cant go wrong with a gator case. highly recommend.
