Versatile and Lush Sound!
So when I decided to add a Phaser to my pedal board I did what most would do and searched the net for top rated and video reviews and demos. The Mxr phase 90 would always appear as the first and it is a classic pedal and very nice sounding but so is the Boss Phaser. Not only does it sound lush but it's versatility seals the deal. I am of the opinion that an effect pedal should not be limited in giving you only one option of a sound. A good pedal should facilitate creativity and this pedal has enough for a wide palette of sounds. I honestly only have pros and no cons for this pedal. Although I may not use all the sounds it offers that doesn't mean they are not useful and maybe in the future I will and
be glad that I have them available to me. The build of these pedals is incredibly solid as expected from Boss pedals and the accessibility of the battery compartment can't be beat so if you appreciate versatility and comfort in a pedal as I do, don't hesitate. It's worth the investment!

Boss does not disapoint
The PH-3 may not have the sound of the legendary Phase90 but it has done everything I have ever needed from him by having a lot of different types of phasers. All within the war proof Boss footprint.
