Budget bass strings that do the job
Yes, there are probably much better / nicer bass strings out there, but if you're struggling with the higher price tags of other sets, then these will do the job just fine and at a smidge of the cost.
I don't play bass much, but I have a bass knocking about that I use from time to time and I wanted some strings I could bang on it and forget about. These did the trick nicely.
Although they don't retain their brightness for as long as some other strings, this has never been a problem for me - at this price, one can get a few sets and change strings more regularly, rather than the old-school boiling of expensive strings in an attempt to get the brightness back.

An ok basic sound and feel
A basic quality of sound, they are ok to start off for the first beginner - then fit the next grade of quality with the better 'Warwick 40200 M Black Label'.
