very good
Some gong mallets can be very expensive. This Thomann mallet is a lot cheaper than the big brands but is still a quality product. I'm happy with this and I've used the others. It's light too which I'm pleased about because I usually hold my gongs when I play them so any less weight is welcomed.

Great Mallet- I've been using it for over a year, and it's fantastic. Well made, balanced in the band and gives a great sound to my 32" symphonic.

Good value
I bought this to go with my 60cm Wuhan tam tam from Thomann. It is a huge improvement on the mallet supplied with the gong. I will be buying a second one for rolls.

great for the price, very low impact sound when hitting the gong
A great product, I'm very happy with these mallets. They are soft so they make very little impact sound, yet tough inside so you can create overtones and harmonics easily too.

It’s okay
Not very heavy and a lot smaller than you’d think. I’d rather use this beater as a bass drum roller than a gong beater
