Lovely mesh head
I bought this mesh head for my old jazz kit, in view of turning it into a silent and electronic kit.
The mesh head is a easy to install as a conventional head. once under tension, I noticed that the natural sound of my bass drum shell resonated. Tuning it was quite simple, and the light sound of the shell came as a nice surprise, as I can play my kit without necessarily having to connect the triggers.
I bought this once seven years ago and it is still in great condition. I tune it every 4 to 6 months, but that's about it. Excellent value for money, and perfect for converting and old drum kit.

Good for heavy beaters
I put it on a bass drum and it lasted for almost 2 years of frequent playing. When it gets a little hole starting to show, in the hitting spot, I loosen the lugs and turn it a little, so the double beaters hit an ok area and avoiding the hole. I am not a drummer, I play often on this set, along with other 3-4 drummers (the drumset is in my personal home studio) and it seems to be an ok mesh head.

TDRUM MESH HEADS
Really good head at a good price from Thomann, I use it with the Triggerball beater and its a good combination with my TDrum triggers. Allows good rebound and is durable too. Recommended as a good value option.
