Sheeran by Lowden WO4. Received in a timely manner, however imagine my horror when UPS delivered my guitar in a battered box. Having bought from Thomann twice previously, I knew that they always sent guitars out in an outer and inner box. Once inside the packaging the guitar was a real stunner, after some minor tuning the quality of the sound was out of this world. The craftsmanship is absoloutly stunning, I cannot believe the quality eminating from the small guitar
