I've always wanted one of these, but been unable to find the spare cash when you can use a rim shot or the edge of the toms instead, but this makes a real difference by giving a really professional sound and opens up a lot of possibilities. I didn't think I would use this very often, but I was surprised just where I could find a place for it. A little expensive for what is basically moulded plastic and a bracket, but it sounds great and looks like it would last forever

Tired of cowbell?
Anonymous 11.10.2016
The Jam block was purchased to make a wide range of sounds in my set. The main reason for the purchase is Variety! I already had a cowbell, but I wanted something more unusual. This block has a slightly lower sound than Pearl PBL-30. Mounting bracket allows to fix the block on any side of the L-rod. It looks and sounds tight and reliable.
