basic cabling covered
this is the best quality/price patch cable you can find for basic cabling of a pedalboard. gold plated jacks, soft cable, super thin connector, it is the best solution to have cables invisible on a pedalboard real estate.
I would suggest Thomann to build this exact cables but with inverted jacks, one facing right one facing left, to plug a side mounted jack pedal into an adjacent top mounted jack pedal with no torsion of the cable, that would be the perfect choice in addiction to these.

Quality product, but there are up- and downsides to flat patch cables
I own many of these.
Never had any trouble.
I've used flat cables from EBS before and, as far as I can tell and for my purposes, these Harley Bentons are fine (and cheaper).
For a thorough comparison of capacitance, noise, isolation and flexibility check the "79 patch cables compared and tested" video at Youtube (https://youtu.be/u548vUk6mmE).

OK

Small and sturdy
Anyone who has had trouble with their pedalboard real estate knows that getting the smallest possible patch cables is crucial. These are the smallest ones I could find, and have not had a single issue with them. Highly recommended.

10 times better than my old patchcables, pretty much noisefree. look nice, seem like quality. replaced all my patchcables with these, and very happy with it.

Ideal
I haven't played around with other brands, but I build my small pedalboard with these 2 years ago and there was not a single glitch or other issue with them.

Good enough
May as well get the gold tipped ones as they should have better signal flow but who knows. There are better options out there.

Compact
Great for a tidy pedalboard, short of soldering your own/DIY kits, these are the next best thing.

Good for serial pedals
Not the best option if you need a cable that can easily fold, but this is great for straight line connection. See the other Harley Benton for more flexibility!!!
