Hope this was stereo
The sound this pedal produce is very unique. It doesn't sound like any other modulation pedal (until you know how to dial it up to sound like a chorus, that's included in the manual). Beware of the trimpot inside the pedal: to change how the LPG works you have to be very careful and not turn it too much because it's really difficult to turn back to factory settings. In essence this is a must have also for synth players that love how the rate knob acts with its random modulations. Sadly it's only mono. If this was stereo this already great pedal could become fantastic.

Stellar example from Fairfield Circuitry
Shallow Water is state-of-the-art pedal from Fairfield Circuitry, true to their philosophy of going few steps beyond what is expected. In principal it’s a modulation effect based on input dynamics. It is subtle but very ambiental effect and you can get old tape quirks as well as random chorusy effect. Splitting a mono signal and feeding two of these in parallel would give you true stereo. I use it on bass but it can be used on just about anything one can think of.

Something Special
This little thing has a lovely character. It's extremely simple to turn static lead sounds form a preset into something magical. Every time when i feel the element in the track needs something to give it some "humanness" or "randomization" i turn to this guy. It just breathes some life into leads and basses.
The only two downsides it has for me are
1) would love it to be stereo, but its not the end of the world, as i can compensate for this after i've resampled the audio back into ableton
2) sometimes the lower frequencies of bass sounds lose a bit of phatness, but again this can be compensated after resampling.
But other than that, it gets used in basically every project, on multiple different elements.
Love it!

KFM Shallow Water
There is absolutely nothing more to be said about Fairfield Circuitry pedals, other than that they are unique, original design audio tools and they all play in a category of their own. Shallow Water KFM is no exception. A Dynamic, sweet and expressive, analog bbd, random chorus/vibrato modulator
