Great for the E Violins
I was recommended to use these strings for my NS Design E Violin. For some weird reason, all other strings I used with this electric violin kept breaking after unusual short time.
The Daddario Helicore held way better and they stay in tune for longer time.
Can't really judge the sound properties of these strings since Im not using them on an acoustic instrument. But for E violins...totally recommended!

Warm, clear sound
Helicores are my favourite strings and I've tried plenty of other brands. They are warm and clear and easy to play because the strings don't dig into your fingers. It's no wonder so many of my fellow folk fiddlers love them.

Very nice strings
Helicore mediums are my favourite violin strings. They suit almost all my violins. They are comfortable to play and always last a long time. Most important of all, they have a clear, warm, powerful tone.

Consistently good
I’ve tried other strings for my particular violin (an intermediate level model) and I always come back to these. They sound fantastic, last a long time and stay in tune well.

The perfect string set
Used them for years, have tried multiple types and not one has as sweet a tone or is even close to the beautifully clear sound I get when they settle in. The price is great too!!

Good for both Electric and Acoustic Violin
I've been using Helicore strings for more than 4 years now, and they are above expectations, especially in the price point. They are durable, fast to maintain tune after setting up, and have consistent sound. They are super reliable, however, they are not the type of strings that makes the violin sound outstanding though.
I've been using them on my Electric violin for more than 100 gigs. They especially are superior in maintain tuning. In more than one case, my strings went broken, due to leaving them for long periods on the violin. In those case, I did change the broken strings in a couple of minutes, tune them a couple of time, and then the string would maintain the tuning until the rest of the gig. They have been also good for my acoustic violin, as they have consistently good sound. So, all in all, they are recommended.

Excellent Strings
On my Yamaha FEV105 these strings sound wonderful, play well and last. So, while not cheap, I feel they are worth the price. For the C string on the FEV105 the Daddario Helicore Violin C 4/4 medium is a perfect match for these strings.

A classic! I haven’t actually opened this particular set but they look nice in the packaging. I do know from previous experience however that these are excellent strings for your beloved violin
