Twin mono to stereo minijack.
I'm sitting on the fence with this one. In use ( I've only used it for one recording session so far) it was temperamental. It seemed to need the male jack leads to be slightly withdrawn to work, otherwise it hissed and crackled. I swapped it out for a spare for the rest of the session.
I'll contact Thomann about it as I think it was a one off. It is very well made, both the female jacks are solid metal and feel quality and the minijack is too. The cable looks to be Pro quality as well, so this makes me suspect I got an odd one.
I'll certainly try another rather than get a refund as the materials used are great quality.

The sockets worked loose
This is a great lead but the sockets worked loose after a few weeks. I should have spent more 7 bought a more expensive & reliable lead

Very good quality, but...
...the cable wiring was not correct, grounding a live wire. Maybe it was only my problem (Yamaha Silent Piano --> HS50 monitors), but I had to re-wire to make it usable.
