Fun but arrived in bad condition

Snare springs were in the wrong place, had to unscrew it and put them in properly behind the cloth, all the top boxes wobble around, the foam on the kick pedal is squished and coming off (before even opening the packet) and a bolt from underneath the snare fell out while playing (I’ve played it for all of 20 minutes) and has no thread to screw back into. Fun to play with but come on Meinl what the hell is going on there

Everything was perfect, apart from buzzing snare, company were very helpful in their response to the problem, awaiting replacement
