you've asked for feedback on items that have not been delivered
It's ironic that your system obviously has autogenerated this feedback request expecting I would have received this item in time to have tested it so it might be reasonable for you to ask for feedback one would assume. Yet just an hour ago I contact you because despite ordering this item on the 21/10 and you sending it on the 24/10, today the 31/10 it has still not arrived and you have no means of tracking it and are not prepared to chase it either, I was told patient as tomorrow is German public holiday too ... yet I placed an order of similar value with a French company on 26/10 which dealing with the same EU regulations to a third country has still arrived today. It would be great to hear Thomann are going to investigate and try to do better for their loyal British customers to provide for a more efficient deliver service which is patently still possible from the EU to the UK. Ps I'm expecting you will not publish this review but hope that someone reads it and it makes you think about what you can do to improve the situation maybe?
