As musicians we always need our gear at hand in case a gig comes in at the last minute.I bought an ampeg micro-cl stack from Thomann last year I was very happy with the product but after a while it developed a fault,worried that I would be without my amp for a long period and the worry of having to repurchase or borrow one.
After contacting Thomann heres what happened:
contacted on a Wednesday,they replied same day,next day was sent postage costs from Thomann to send amp back,they received it 2 days later in Germany,2 days after receiving it,it was repaired and sent out to me,I received it 2 days later,never had to miss a gig or praccy,this service blew me away and I have told every man and his dog.
Top service off great company
