Not the real thing, but good enough for a lot of stuff
Let's make it clear: This is not a replacement for a real Fender Spring Reverb unit. That's not necessarily a bad thing since it still has all the springy warmth and goodness of a classic spring reverb, but ... it hardly has any drip! That makes it less than ideal for playing surf—not "bad" or anything of the sort, just simply "less than ideal". In addition to that the digital slapback delay can be a bit overwhelming at times.
However, if you're not afraid of grabbing a soldering iron and going to town on your spring reverb pedal, then there are instructions for mods out there that can help take control of the digital delay which adds a whole new dimension to the pedal on top of the spring reverb.
In summary, it's a good and interesting pedal, just don't think you're getting a Fender Spring Reverb for cheap because you aren't.

Surf's up.
Nice sounding reverb, but not as "drippy" as I had hoped for. Still it is possible to get good surf sounds from it.

Bedste fjederrumklang til prisen
Helt fantastisk fjederrumklang.
