Great stick with some points to consider.
These are slightly heavier than other round tip 7A sticks, and they have the signature Vic Firth lacquer feel, so they're not slipping any time soon. If you haven't tried round tip sticks, consider trying these, especially if you play with standard 7A sticks. It will give you a brighter and more consistent sound on your cymbals. An added benefit, is that if your right and left hands aren't entirely symmetrical or accurate, (for example in a fast snare roll, you tend to strike with your right hand higher up), a round stick tip is more forgiving than say an oval. You could be striking the drum with a completely different stick surface area between hands - a round stick tip rectifies this by being a ball (the same at every angle).

Top quality
Vic Firth is my preferred brand for drumsticks. I have never been disappointed. They make sticks of all sizes. I needed this particular set for faster playing and comfort at the same time, hence the smaller size, and I have to say that they do that job perfectly!
Vic Firth also makes different sizes tips, too! A very wide range for all needs. This is why I come back to this brand. Highly recommended!

Made for cymbals and jazzy sound.
they are very similar to the peter erskine, a little lighter and shorter. for perfection I would recommend adding a few more gram to the stick .
