One broken upon delivery inside the unopened plastic gig. Bought two and the other was fine. Spent too much time with Thomann about proving the "broken upon delivery" and simply decided to keep the one with a broken handle as it works otherwise. But,, not being enough to send pictures of the broken unit inside it's unopened plastic bag to get it exchanged ? It's not expensive, the rest of the shipment was,, so felt very unnecessary....
