Good but heavy
Protects well, but very heavy. The faux leather felt oily at first but dried up.

It is good and just like in the image, but it came with a kind of goop or substance in the skin that itch your hands.

strong and durable, but strange storage flaps
The gig bag it is very heavy but it would have to be, to be as strong and durable as it is.
The only minus in my eyes is the pockets, which are in fact flaps, in that each pocket is only secured to the gig bag on the bottom edge, with a single zip fastener running the entire outsides and top of the pocket. This means you can’t simply drop things in the pocket, if these flaps had a double zip it would be a lot more sense.

couldn't take the strain
I really liked this bag. Plenty of pockets and felt good all round. But later the strain of busking everyday took its toll.
The straps went where they were joined poorly to the case.
Both sets and in the end I went back to my Hixcox hard case.
Heavy ... but solid protection even after 20 years.

Good price and material but has durability and design problems
I have the Thomann Bass Gigbag Premium and I never had problems with it, although I have had it for many years.
However, I have some issues with the Thomann Acoustic-Steel Gigbag Premium:
The right strap started tearing apart after a few weeks of use, so I had to stitch it up myself in order to keep using the bag
Also, the pocket at the front is not big enough for the A4 pockets / folders that I'm using, so I have to force them in. I use lots of printed music, so folders are very important for me.
On the plus side it's fully waterproof and protects the guitar well from hits etc.
