Perfect as it should be
This is a very good item to replace old or broken plastic speaker monts either on top of subs as on the bottom of speakers. The screw holes were not an exact match to the original ones but it is fine as I just rotated the part a bit and drilled new screw holes. Will buy again soon. Only con I see is the price but quality must be paid and here I believe it is.

Quality
Pros: steel, well made, well finished.
Cons: none that come to mind.
I bought these rather than some slightly cheaper alternatives because they are made of steel, not aluminium or some pig metal. I fully expect them to last and last. Ignore the product compatibility list in the item description - these are standard 35mm internal top hats that can be used with any industry standard accessories.

Self build?
I make speaker cabs, usually for "Big noise", eg, big cabs. I have the eminence cab builders book with all the tech detail, some are for "speaker stand mounting" thomann prices for all the cab extras, handles, corner protectors, speak ons, Jack's and these 36mm stand flanges, are pretty good. I always use them and even carry spare pieces to repair other people's cabs.
Before Thomann, this sort of fitting took months to aquire and to pay for:-/
