Unstable with time
I can't recommend the stand if you're going to be on the road with it or using whatever you put in on it very often. It's ok if you're going to pick up your instruments once in a while and if you have further support (for example if it's on a corner or next to a wall).

cheap guitar stand is cheap
firstly, it came in a complete knackered box, therefore not fit for gifting - for the price i didn't bother returning it and just assembled and re-wrapped it myself
speaking of assembly, it's put together worst than ikea furniture - the holes don't match properly, and i had to drill a couple ones to make a screws go through
when assembled, it stands flimsier than a newborn giraffe - the base doesn't sit firmly in the ground, and the guitars don't sit, nor rest, properly in the stand
this looks exactly what it is : a cheap stand - if your ( electric ) guitar collection is valued on around 300quid ( for all 3 guitars that is, ) this is the perfect stand as it will fit nicely in the budget theme - if you have a bit more disposable income, you can skip this one as 'buying cheap is buying twice' will linger on the back of your head until you buy a better stand

Not very sturdy
The construction is not very stable. It sometimes tumbles/folds over when it shouldn't (the screws are not very tight) and the plastic caps at the end of the top spacers go loose quite often.
Perhaps you shouldn't expect to much given the price, but I expected a bit more to be honest.

Okay/Good
I bought this stand to put my guitars in (so I wouldn't have them leaning against the wall unsafely). Generally, the product is okay because of the nice pads running along all of the frame, spokes separating dedicated space for each guitar neck, and two bars along the bottom for where the guitars rest on.
The pros of this piece is that it is a small, cheap product with good padding to stop damage to instruments - suitable for a bedroom or a studio. However, the cons of the product is that it is small and cheap. When the stand is unfolded it feels unsecure (even though it is safe) because it feels really shallow, which sometimes makes me wonder if the guitars are held in place safely. The assembly was okay, some of the bars were a little off-axis with each other but that was sorted out when everything was built.
However, in general, its a decent product for what you're paying, and the padding is nice and dense and feels safe. My only concerns is that the stand is too shallow and an improperly placed guitar could be knocked out or fall out easily. Not to be used with nitro finished guitars.

OK for the price
I've used this stand for a number of years now, it works well if it's left in situe and not moved around too much. I did use it live for storing guitars while performing but the contact movement of the joints and travel made the bolts work loose.
It's built ok, and does a decent job but there are much sturdier alternatives out there.

Well, it does the job!
You get what you pay for. It ain't nothing fancy, on't expect to have a beautiful and robust guitar stand. But at the end of the day, it does hold three guitars, so I guess for the price it is worth it.

stand
I would say this standard is perfect for 2 guitars ( electric or accoustic)
If you place 3 guitars you have to be really carefull not hitting the other ones when placing one back.
Probaly fine for this kind of money, but if you have expensive guitars I won't go cheap on this, and order a better one.
It will do the job, but if you have 3 guitars and play a lot, this might not be the best solution.
