Might require tweaking from the user

The turntable sounds good and feels quite premium. I have not been able to play around with the USB-recording possibility yet.

There was something that drove me nuts, though. The sound cartridge's connectors were seemingly installed correctly, but turns out the wiring inside my unit was botched. Out of the box the player sounded like absolute garbage. Everything under 200 Hz was missing and some other sounds were simply not there, signalling a phase issue. The solution was to flip the phase by switching the red and green wires in the sound cartridge around. I don't know how common this issue is, but it certainly should not exist in a product that is out there for sale.

I eventually got it to work but it took me over 4 hours to figure out what was wrong. This might not happen to you, but if it does you'll now know how to fix it.

Otherwise a great product.
