This stand is ideal for anyone that has a side set up on their drum kit and doesn't want to use a cymbal stand and remove the boom arm, which can look untidy and sometimes be unnecessary, especially if it is triple braced, this can give you problems mounting clamps in the exact spot you want. This stand is double braced so there is more space for mounting.

It basically allows for a string of percussion items like Cowbells and blocks etc to be stacked upward while having plenty of space on the base for clamps and mounts.

I have a condensed timbale set up and it wouldn't be possible without this stand, and it is perfect for that type of thing.

It is a decent weight and a quality build.

Highly recommended.
