Boomers, my fav
These are my favourite string: the ones I ALWAYS use on electric guitars! Love the sound, the feel, the durability: these are the strings that David Gilmour himself uses... can you go wrong with them???

Bright solid strings
I feel these string are always over shadowed by Dadario and Ernie Ball but they truly are every bit as good. Really nice on fender instruments, they provide a nice twangy tone with enough body to back 'em up.

Great string for metal
Great sounding strings with an even greater feel.
I used them on my LTD EC1000 (so a metal type of guitar).
I needed them to be resiliant enough when doing some heavy riffing.
Little downside, they tend to lose their original shine faster than what I'm accustomed to.

Favorite Strings
The GHS Boomers 11-50 are my favorite Strings and I would recommend them everyone, whos playing Metal-Core (or Metal or Hardcore ;) ).
My tuning is dropped C.
There is no clashing or clanging and I had minimal work in adjusting, using them the first time.
The strings came in a 10X10 cm aluminum-coated plastic pouch. Aluminum is a oxygen-barrier, so you can be sure, that the strings keep many years in the same quality while storing. (I order more, so i get the quantity discount and play them down with the tie).
I am paying this strings for many years and I never had a bad charge.
They are consistent against corrosion and they do not tear.
(I think in five years, one time the deep C-String teared because of improper use..)
Also important are the low costs. You will not get this quality for this price with a other brand!

Great Strings.
I've been using GHS Boomers for quite some time and I have always found the quality, both in terms of build and tone, to be exceptional. I've tried a lot of other strings and for me, these just seem to last longer and perform better. I get a lot fewer breakages than with other brands and the tone seems to decline less readily. They also give me the right feel under the fingers. Everybody has a different body chemistry and for me, these just work the best. If you're struggling with the brand you currently use, you could do worse than to check out the GHS Boomers.
