Not a bad string.
I'm a warwick fan in the string department but these are a nice alternative. I didnt get the impression they lasted as long as the warwick but that's only my opinion.
Nice feel to the fingers and bright sounding.

Fender 7250L
I have purchased these strings many times and they are some of my favorites.
These strings are very punchy and aggressive, and cut through the mix very easily and I find they work very well for rock, punk and metal, maybe even slap!
HOWEVER,I noticed that after 3 months or so they started to get a lot duller. If you store your bass in a warm place this doesn't happen but if you leave it lying around expect them to lose some of their tone.
All in all very good strings for PUNK, ROCK and METAL.

Good quality and nice feel
Have had these on my jazz bass regularly for a long time now, nice feel under the finger to reduce chance of blisters on long sets. The nickel gives a less harsh sound than steels so they give something different. For slap you may want a lighter guage. Plenty of bottom end in the E and A, D and G are crisp and clear

Not a big fan of Fender, and this strings are actually good! Despite the brighter sound, they take ages to go without their originial sound!
