Pretty impressive guitar. At first glance it just looks fantastic; only if you're extremely nitpicky you'll find some very minor flaws in the finish. Excellent sounding pick-ups; you get some nice clean tones and it doesn't muddy up when distorted. It's not mentioned in the description, but the tuners are Wilkinson branded and they're actually surprisingly good. It weighs as much as your usual Les Paul Standard since it lacks weight relief (thanks, Epiphone ...) and the neck feels a bit chunkier than what you'd expect a "slim tapered" to feel like, but very comfortable nonetheless. It's as close to its' Gibson counterpart as it can be for this price.
With all that said, some (almost) deal-breaking issues occurred on my example. For one, the pick-up selector switch was faulty. Also, the output jack started coming apart after using it only a couple of times. Both easy to fix with basic tools, but not everyone's so keen on opening up a brand new guitar. Some frets were also a bit high and it needed a quick setup, but that's par for the course with cheap/relatively affordable instruments.
To sum up, I would absolutely recommend this guitar, if not for what it currently is, then for what it could become with a few mods.
