A
Amazing guitar pedal!!
Asterios 22.04.2017
I love Electro Harmonix pedals (I have bought many by Thomann!) This time I checked Thomann for new guitar effects and I found Canyon! Specs seemed great! A delay, reverb & looper pedal with 10 delay effects, 62 seconds of loop length & tap tempo! Price was good enough, so it was time to try the new Canyon pedal! I opened the box to see a quality product (as always!) and a power supply! Then, I connected my guitar & amp and started to play.... WOW!!! Amazing sounds!!! I was instantly drifted away and started played for long time, untill the sunset! I mostly enjoyed about every sound I set on it! I think that this will be my all time favorite ambient guitar delay pedal! If you love delays & reverbs (like me!) give it a try!
Pros: all amazing sounds!
Cons: only one (for me!) It's not stereo!
Highly recommended for ambient guitar!!

More Than Meets the Eye
Blue Igor 25.04.2018
Bought this Pedal with another one from Electro Harmonix the Pitch Fork, with both am getting sounds ranging from Pat Metheny to John Scofield's style over my Ibanez AG95, the latest one release with less styling, such as the abalone inlays and old stylish bridge in exchange of a much better pickups and bridge.

Am running it over some solid state amplifiers, a more pro studio like, a Roland Jazz Chorus 22, and another modeling one, where am doubling the modes with pedals, but this is more for home sound tests, research am doing at times in my more music dedicated week ends.

The outcome is just astonishing. The nine types of delays are just perfect, and the rotary Knob that pilots It all is fast and easy to deal with. You get the basic standard Delays to more complex ones as the Electro Harmonix most famous classic the DMM, the Deluxe Memory Man.
The company has great track where Echo is concerned and the DMM was one among the most notable classic releases from them. Yet the basic Digital Delay is fine to me, particularly when properly modeled to the Pat Metheny?s sounds style I was ever fashioned at, while switching to the DMM You get ways of matching the U2 kind of sounds.

Beside all You get in one nice and small pedal the Tube, the Echo as a Modeled Delay: these are for standards. If You feel more experimental You can turn upon the Reverse Delay, the Octave Delay or the Shimmer. While the classic custom style Delays can be chosen among the Multi Tap Delay, the famous Deluxe Memory Man or the Reverb and Tape Delays.

In addition You have a Sample and Hold play mode as a Looper.

The only reason am giving 4 stars to Sound is that if You compare this product to a highly specific and more pricey Delay, there might be some minor difference with the full aura and presence those more specific expensive products do have. Yet if You find Your sound style here in the Canyon and still love to research Your sounds at times going experimental, You will much appreciate this Canyon product. As said much has to be seen respect to the guitar, pickups and amp you play with.

Perfekt für den Bass
graphiceqguy 05.10.2021

Briliant and versatile
florijan 25.03.2020
A lot is packed in this pedal. You need to check out a longer dedicated review. You get several delays, a reverb, up-down octavers (can be used without delay), loopers etc. Delays sound awesome, octaver too. The reverb is not that great for me, but that's just taste.

There's actually 6 controls in 4 knobs. Two controls (effect params) are reached by pressing and holding the button in the middle. It keeps the pedal small and at the same super-loaded with features, but a tad more difficult to use. Also, sometimes the pedal starts to behave funny. A knob doesn't work as it should or similar. It requires a "restart" (disconnect power and reconnect) to get back to normal working mode.

Still, it's brilliant.
