Just fine
I used to use thick picks (like Dunlop Tortex Jazz III). Now I am using 0.80 and 0.60. Things change.
The grip is very good, they slip well on the strings and have a smooth feeling between the fingers. I can only underline that they are great for fast passages. I used to use thick picks, but now I see that 0.60-0.80 are the best for me when it comes to licks and solos. However, as of today I stick to these or Grover Allman picks (0.80). Anyway, highly recommended!

pricey but worth it
Expensive but ... you buy it for EVH, of course, and the grip is really good. I cannot attest to durability yet but they are keeping up so far after 2 weeks of good use. If you're a fan, you will want this.

reliable picks
add a nice grip on the hand. quite thin and soft to play with. mostly i use it with my acoustic guitars to keep the resonance. easy to play with electrics but there i prefer smaller and harder prints
